Berkley Surety provides at no cost to you basic term life benefit equaling 1.5 times your annual base salary. Additional Life coverage may also be purchased, no evidence of insurability required for yourself and/or dependents.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment of 1.5 times your annual base earnings up to a maximum of $1,000,000.00, also provided.
Travel Accident Insurance Plan
The plan provides you with protection for accidental bodily injury resulting in death, loss of limb, sight, speech, hearing, etc.; while traveling on company business. The benefit provides 2 times your annual salary, subject to a maximum of $2,000,000.00.
